A friendly demolition company called me about a 1950’s era garage in Albuquerque’s south valley they were about to bulldoze. We managed to salvage the roof decking and framework. This reclaimed lumber consists of 1”x12” decking (about 1200 sf), nicely seasoned with a rich color and is available for $1 per square foot.
We are glad this salvaged wood is avoiding the landfill and think it will do nicely for your next construction or remodeling project. It has pretty color and could be used for rustic interior wall or for exterior board and batten wall.
